What is stress? Imagine that disgusting weather was the whole day, the boss scolded for a poorly executed report, you quarreled with your mom, the dog fell ill, and your favorite pair of shoes was covered with small cracks.
Stress spoils life. It makes you upset, tear off aggression on loved ones, avoid communication with others. Ways to deal with stress can help you avoid many life's troubles, while not spoiling your own or other people's nerve cells.
First of all, you need to figure out whether to worry about the problem. Maybe the report should be redone, the dog should be taken to the vet, and a good leather shoe paint should be bought for your belovedshoes?
Remember that the world consists not only of gray colors. When problems overtake, many people prefer to see only the bad outcome of any business. Project your consciousness in such a way that you think only about the good.
Eat more fruits, drink vitamins. Nervous system suffers greatly when vitamins are lacking in the body. Fruits can help in the fight against extra pounds, if the cause of stress was overweight, you can easily get rid of it.
Arrange meeting with a close friend. Often lack of communication and attention are the causes of stress. Call your close childhood friend one evening, and discuss with him or her everything that is going on in your soul. Remember happy moments and adventures that you went through together. Energize yourself with positive emotions that evening, and stress will surely leave you.
Try to get distracted. Do not watch sad films, avoid books with a sad ending. Stay more in the fresh air. Do sports or yoga. Meditate. Do not try to seize stress with sweets, as one disorder will add more nervous experience due to extra pounds.
Remember, that stress can poison your life if you allow it!
