In order to make any money as a Clinical Psychologist you will need a PhD. Earning that will take an additional 4 years (minimum) following your university degree. Medical administrators make decent money, though it is unlikely that you will be hired as one directly after University; you will most likely have to start in a lower position and work your way up the ladder.
